The School District of Scottsbluff appeals a declaratory judgment action in which the District Court found plaintiffs, Loretta Roth and Jane Montgomery, were entitled to and deprived of preferred rights of reemployment under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 79-1254.07 (Reissue 1981), and awarded damages accordingly.
