This suit involves the validity of a certificate issued by the Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society, in which certicate Patsy Allen was designated beneficiary. It was contended in the trial court that Patsy Allen should be denied the right to collect the proceeds of such certificate, because she did not have an insurable interest in the life of Henry A. Brewster, the insured and a member of the Society.
