Three actions concerning the validity and infringement of patents pertaining to color television picture tubes were consolidated and tried before a jury on April 20-23,1982. At the conclusion of the presentation of the evidence,, the court, having concluded that without weighing the credibility of the witnesses or otherwise considering the weight of the evidence, a reasonable minded jury would be compelled to render a verdict for the corporate parties, see Simblest v.
