MEMORANDUM OPINION

ARTHUR B. BRISKMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court on the Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of a Debt to Plaintiff/Former Wife Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage (“Complaint”) 1 filed by Anna L. Hall (“Plaintiff’), against Clyde William Bowers, the Debtor herein (the “Debtor”). The Plaintiff seeks to have certain debts arising from the parties’ divorce excepted from the Debtor’s discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(15). The Plaintiff subsequently argued at trial and in her brief the debt should be excepted from discharge…
