{¶ 1} Respondent, Sherry Darlene Davis of Waverly, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0068036, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1997. In 2009, Davis was suspended from the practice of law for two years, with one year conditionally stayed. Disciplinary Counsel v. Davis, 121 Ohio St.3d 84, 2009-Ohio-500, 902 N.E.2d 25, ¶ 17. On April 29, 2010, in response to a motion to show cause filed by relator, Disciplinary Counsel, the court imposed an actual two-year suspension on Davis.
