Affirming.

J. W. Muir, a citizen and resident of Nelson county, jUy., died testate, in 1907. By his will he disposed of a large estate which he devised to his wife and seven children — six sons and a daughter, the latter being the appellant in this'appeal. There is involved in this appeal the construction of that part of testator’s will by which he devised a certain farm to his son Henry L. Muir, and for the purpose of construing that part of the will, it becomes necessary to take into consideration certain other parts of the will, which read as…
