MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WILLIAM A. HILL, Bankruptcy Judge.

By Complaint filed May 11, 2000, the Plaintiff, Ardella Stein (“Ardella”), seeks a determination that outstanding marital debts to have been assumed by the Debt- or, Myron Kopp (“Myron”), by virtue of a court ordered property division are nondis-chargeable pursuant to section 523(a)(15) of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Myron concedes the obligations originally totaling $97,233.00 were assigned to him by the divorce judgment but asserts that in the face of other financial responsibilities, he does not have the ability to pay them.…
