Paul May, individually and as legal guardian for Jean May, appeals a final summary judgment entered in favor of HCA Health Services of Florida, Inc., d/b/a Blake Medical Center (the Medical Center), in the Mays’ medical negligence action. The Mays’ original complaint listed Blake Medical Center Auxiliary (the Auxiliary) as a defendant.
