This is an appeal1 from a decision of the District Court, Water Division 22 (water court), awarding the United States a reserved water right to the entire flow of water from the Park Center well (the well), with a priority date of May 29, 1936. Appellant Park Center Water District (Park Center) objected to the United States application on the basis of a decree entered by the water court in April 1973.
