Plaintiff North Pacific Steamship Company (North Pacific), a judgment creditor, instituted this suit, styled as a creditor’s bill in equity, against the several individual and corporate defendants in an effort to have their assets applied against its unsatisfied judgment. The judgment debtor, Pyramid Bulkcarriers (Bulkcarriers), is named as defendant but its assets have long since been depleted.
