_JjIn this criminal case, Defendant, Michael D. Patterson, was convicted of five counts of distribution of methamphetamine and sentenced to five years at hard labor on each count to run consecutively to each other. He appeals his convictions and sentences, alleging insufficiency of the evidence, trial court error in denying his motions for new trial, trial court error in allowing evidence of other erimes/bad acts, and excessive sentence.
