—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Michael Obús, J.), rendered July 29, 1998, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of two counts of attempted robbery in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a persistent violent felony offender, to concurrent terms of 12 years to life, and order, same court and Justice, entered on or about August 16, 2000, which denied defendant’s motion pursuant to CPL 440.10 to vacate the judgment of conviction, unanimously affirmed.
