Appellant, Kathleen Kozinski, appeals the entry of a non-final order denying her motion to dismiss the Appellees’ petition for lack of personal jurisdiction. Kozinski argues that the trial court erred in denying her motion to dismiss because she was never served with formal notice that she might be subject to personal liability.
