Allen v. Deardoff

The plaintiff, as administrator of the estate of Judith Amanda Dumbacher, deceased, brings this action asking the direction of the court as to the disposition of the proceeds of the sale of two farms, one of 110 acres and one of 59 acres, sold by him as such administrator, said proceeds being in his hands for distribution.
