Claimant was employed as a typist for the Rockland County Department of Social Services. On May 8, 1981, she and coworkers were moved to the second floor of her employer’s offices while renovations of the building were taking place. She had a preexisting arthritic condition which, however, had only resulted in a loss of five work days in the preceding 2Vz years. It rained extensively immediately following this move.
