Plaintiff, L. A. Scurry, brought this action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in a collision between a Ford automobile driven by him and a truck owned by the International Paper Company and driven by its agent and servant, defendant Gilbert T. Fulton. The case -is here on appeal by plaintiff from the action of the trial Judge in directing a verdict for the defendants at the close of the testimony.
