Plaintiff brought an action for a declaratory judgment. Defendants’ motion for summary judgment was sustained and plaintiff appeals. We affirm the judgment of the District Court.

In his petition plaintiff alleged the following: Plaintiff is an inmate in the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex. The defendant Vitek is the duly appointed Director of Corrections of the State of Nebraska and the defendant Parratt is the warden of the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex.
