In this suit is involved the title to a certain triangular portion of ground located at the entrance to Bonnabel Place, a subdivision, in Metairie, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.

*796On December 16, 1952, plaintiff filed this proceeding alleging that it is the owner and in possession of the property in contest; that it acquired said property by act of sale dated September 22, 1952 from one Carlo J.
