This litigation was commenced in 1976 by Ginger Bridwell, beneficiary of The Ginger Bridwell Trust, seeking an accounting by the trustee, her mother Mrs. Opal Orene Gordon Bridwell, for trust funds, consisting of the proceeds of a sale of real estate in which the trust owned a one-fourth inter*567est, subject to the usufruct of the mother.
