Appellee brought this action to recover damages for personal injuries due to the alleged negligent acts of appellants.
The complaint is in two paragraphs. The first paragraph alleged that one Merle Asche was an employee and agent of appellant, Coca Cola Bottling Company; and that the appellant James S.
