The matter to be decided is as to the claim of the intervenor as a pledgee of 60 shares in a corporation known as the “Electric Traction & Manufacturing Company.” The facts upon which this claim is to be decided are the following: On January 9, 1890, the defendant, Philip Thompson, was the owner of the above-described 60 shares of stock.
