HOLLAND, Justice:

Kenneth Rodgers (“Rodgers”), James Llewellyn (“Llewellyn”), Christopher Long (“Long”) and Paul Robertson (“Robertson”) were indicted jointly and tried together on charges stemming from an armored car robbery and the murders of two guards. The trial commenced on September 4, 1991. On October 11, 1991, the jury found Long, Rodgers and Llewellyn guilty of two counts of Murder in the First Degree pursuant to 11 Del.
