This is a petition to contest an election held under the act of the General Assembly of Ohio, passed April 18th, 1904, and approved by the governor of Ohio, April 19th, 1904 (97 Ohio Laws, page 87), commonly known as The Brannock Law.’ ’ This election was held on the 7th day of July, 1904, in a residence district of the city of Cleveland. The petitioner is a qualified elector of the residence district in which the election was held.
