Lead Plaintiff Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System (“PPSERS”) seeks final approval of a $335 million settlement (the “Settlement”) with Bank of America (“BofA”), the Executive Defendants, the Director Defendants, the Underwriter Defendants, and PricewaterhouseCoopers (collectively, “Defendants”).
