Appellant’s first contention is that “the court erred in holding that N. S. Purcell is the, receiver of the circuit court of Loudoun county, Virginia.” We do not think this contention is well founded. It is alleged in the petition, and not denied, that at the time this order was made by the Loudoun county circuit court that court had jurisdiction of the parties and the subject-matter.
