This case was tried by the court, without a' jury, upon a stipulation of facts. With a view to the stimulation of trade, the merchants of Bamsey, Illinois, purchased a Ford touring car and advertised that it would he' given away to the one holding the lucky number. Each merchant was furnished with numbered tickets, one of which was delivered to each purchaser with every 50 cents worth of goods purchased.
