CONOVER, Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Harry Schumpert appeals his convictions for one count of robbery, a class B felony (IND.CODE 85-42-5-1), and two counts of confinement, class B felonies (IC 85-42-3-3).

We affirm.

Schumpert raises the following restated issues:
