Egan Marine Corporation and Service Welding and Shipbuilders, LLC allege that Great American Insurance Company of New York breached its ocean marine pollution liability policy (the policy) by refus ing to provide coverage for one of two vessels involved in an explosion and fire on the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal.
