MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER
McCURN, District Judge.
On February 2, 1988, the court heard oral argument on defendant’s motion to transfer venue to the Vermont District Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a); or, in the alternative, to dismiss the complaint based upon lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2). The court also heard oral argument on plaintiffs cross-motion to dismiss defendant’s affirmative defense of lack of personal jurisdiction.
