MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LAMAR W. DAVIS, JR., Bankruptcy Judge.

Gregg Gustafson (“Debtor”) filed for relief under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code on September 3, 2003. Edward Clift (“Plaintiff’) filed the current adversary complaint on November 7, 2003, to avoid certain obligations and transfers from Debtor to Ray “Chaz” Chaney and to subordinate any claim by Chaney. I issued an Order dismissing Debtor’s underlying Chapter 13 case on April 16, 2004. A pretrial hearing was held in this adversary proceeding on May 26, 2004.
