Rookery Realty, Loan, Investment & Building Co. v. Johnson

Suit in equity to enjoin a trustee's sale of real estate belonging to plaintiff Rookery Company, and to remove a sheriff's deed to said real estate and a sheriff's bill of sale of the stock in said company as a cloud upon the title of the plaintiff corporation to the real estate and upon plaintiff Gerardi's title to the stock in said corporation.
