MEMORANDUM DECISION
M. DEE McGARITY, Bankruptcy Judge.
This proceeding came before the court on the trustee’s objection to the debtors’ amended exempt property schedule. It is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(B). In the amended schedule, Caroline Harvey claimed as exempt, under § 815.18(3)(i)l.c and d of the Wisconsin Statutes, a cause of action for bad faith against a car dealership and an insurance company. The settlement of that action was for $15,000, well under the $25,000 exemption allowed for such an asset. For the reasons stated herein, the trustee’s objection is dismissed,…
