This is an action in ejectment brought by plaintiff, Minnie Pearl Mallory, against defendants, C. J. Gruberman and Hazel E. Gruberman, his wife, to recover possession of Lot 6, in Block 2, of West Chiloquin, in Klamath County, Oregon. In her complaint plaintiff alleges that she is the “sole owner in fee simple and entitled to the possession” of the property above described and that defendants wrongfully withhold the possession thereof to her damage in the sum of $500.
