Appeals (1) from an order of the Family Court of Albany County (Duggan, J.), entered February 18, 2009, which, among other things, partially granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 4, to hold respondent in violation of a prior child support order, and (2) from an order of said court, entered October 21, 2009, which partially granted petitioner’s application for counsel fees.
