I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the Court on petitioner Jonathan Lee Gentry’s “Motion for Reconsideration,” Dkt. # 293. On September 15, 2008, the Court granted respondent’s motion for summary judgment, denied petitioner’s cross-motion for summary judgment, and denied petitioner’s amended habeas petition. 576 F.Supp.2d 1130 (W.D.Wash.2008) (“Summary Judgment Order”).
