Action by appellee Standard Oil Company against appellant and appellees Bunnell to quiet title to certain real estate.

There was judgment for appellee company against appellant.

*357In this appeal the only error assigned is the action of the court in overruling appellant’s motion .for a new trial for the reason that the decision of the court was contrary to law and was not sustained by’ sufficient evidence and because of error of the court in admitting in evidence the testimony of witness W. F. Bridge as appears in such motion. We do not need to set out the pleadings.
