In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Zoning Board of Ap*711peals of the Village of Southampton, dated September 26, 2002, which, after a hearing, granted the application of Carol Stewart-Black for certain area variances, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Werner, J.), entered April 15, 2003, which denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with one bill of costs.
