This is an appeal by the Treasurer of Puerto Rico from a judgment of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico reversing a decision of the insular Tax Court and remanding the case to that court with instructions to enter a judgment for the appellee —a commercial partnership organized under the laws of Puerto Rico doing business in San Juan.
