OPINION
WILKINSON, Chief Judge:
Abb Mangram appeals the district court’s dismissal of his Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”) claim against General Motors Corporation. Mangram argues that the district court wrongly determined that he was not an employee and therefore not covered under the ADEA. We disagree.
