Elliott v. Bateman

This appeal on questions of law is from two orders of the Common Pleas Court, the first order overruled defendant’s motion for judgment on the special findings of the jury while the second order sustained plaintiff’s motion for a judgment on the general verdict of the jury. This litigation resulted from an automobile and taxicab collision in the city of Nelsonville on February 9, 1956.
