—Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Ira Gammerman, J.), entered July 26, 1998, which, insofar as appealed from, granted defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint based on plaintiffs non-compliance with discovery demands, unanimously reversed, on the law, the facts, and in the exercise of discretion, without costs, the motion denied, the complaint reinstated, and the matter remanded for further proceedings.
