Plaintiff recovered judgment against defendants Walton Shea and New Jersey Fidelity Plate Glass Insurance Co., from which the latter appeals. Reversed.

Plaintiff recovered judgment in the sum of $50,570 against defendants for personal injuries received in a collision with an automobile driven by defendant Shea. The collision occurred on the thirty-first day of March, 1928, at about the hour of 9 o'clock A.M.
