On December 12, 1976, the defendant, William P. DeWolfe, Jr., was convicted by a Superior Court jury on an indictment charging him with various narcotics offenses. In this appeal, the defendant argues that his conviction rests upon evidence obtained in contravention of the fourth amendment, that he was a victim of entrapment by the police, and that the court below improperly admitted evidence of extraneous criminal activity by the defendant.
