This is an action to quiet title to two certain pieces of real estate which plaintiffs allege that one of them (Mrs. Una Claire Durel Fried) bought from the State of Louisiana on May 27th, 1944, and which they also allege had been previously adjudicated to the State of Louisiana for unpaid taxes. One of the said parcels, numbered 43, with which we are not concerned, had previously been owned by Liberty Realty and Securities, Inc., and the other parcel, numbered 44, had previously been owned by and assessed in the name of S.
