It appears from the evidence introduced on the hearing that Daniel Wilson, in his lifetime, owned 57-¡- acres of land, described as the north-west quarter of the southwest quarter of section 12, and 17£ acres off the east side of the south-west quarter of the south-east quarter of section 11, township 15, north, range 1, west, in Christian county. Daniel Wilson died on the 13th day of February, 1863. He had purchased the lands of John Grigg, and held a bond for a deed, the full amount of purchase money having been paid.
