NUGENT, Chief Judge.
Petitioner Monroe County Nursing Home District (Monroe) appeals from the circuit court’s judgment reversing in part and affirming in part the decision of the Administrative Hearing Commission. The court reversed the commission’s decision to grant Monroe a $1.25 per diem increase in medical compensation that the commission had granted based on its finding of a change in Monroe’s case mix.
