MEMORANDUM OPINION

I. Introduction.
Plaintiff Antonio Colbert commenced this case against Defendant the United States Postal Service (USPS), alleging that it has failed to deliver his mail to him since December 6, 2010. Defendant has moved to dismiss this case alleging, among other things, that the Court lacks subject-matter jurisdiction to consider this case. The motion will be granted.
