In this consolidated action, plaintiffs El-kay Manufacturing Company (“Elkay”) and Guangdong Dongyuan Kitchenware Industrial Company, Ltd. (“Dongyuan”) contest a determination (“Final Determination”) that the International Trade Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce (“Commerce” or the “Department”) issued upon the affirmative conclusion of an antidumping duty investigation of drawn stainless steel sinks (“subject merchandise”) from the People’s Republic of China (“China” or the “PRC”).
