This cause came on to be heard upon Motion for Leave to Sell Estate Assets Free and Clear of Liens pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363(b) and (f) (“the Motion”), filed by Donald E. Johnson (“Trustee”), trustee in bankruptcy of the estate of Octagon Roofing (“Debtor”). Objection to that Motion was filed by the NBD Park Ridge Bank (“Bank”).
