(disssenting).—It is admitted by the appellant that on October 21, 1931, she procured a marriage license in Brooke County, West Virginia, to unite herself and William A. Goldman in marriage; that William A. Goldman, whom she had lived with in a common law relationship, had died prior thereto on October 13, 1931; that the person who appeared with her to procure the marriage license and who went through the marriage ceremony with her before a minister of the gospel, was her son-in-law, E.
